Rudy I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but reviews are about honesty, so first I can assure you the instructor was not "hung over" he was in fact getting over an illness and the truth is you and one other person failed in your class not everyone and yes, our instructor is 25 and knows everything about what is needed and more to prep you for testing. and you were asking him question that he wasn't able to answer because it was questions that were on the test. I'm not sure the reason you failed but I can assure you it wasn't from a lack of information given to you in the class. and as far as breaks go, he gives breaks as needed. if he notices that the class is falling asleep or just needs to walk around for a bit, he handles that. and the fact that you returned to retest shows we aren't as bad as you claim. I am the Office manager for the assessment center and the instructor you are speaking about informed you that as of that day the price was 160.00 but that NCCER was in the process of changing the test and the prices of their tests and those changes were due to happen on the 12th of May. We can only go by what NCCER tells us. Unfortunately, your boyfriend came after that date and needed to redo both tests and that's why he was charged the 525.00 that was not for just one test. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. all of our prices are on our website in the future if needed
